Brendan, head chef & patron, has created an extensive menu featuring modern British cuisine using fresh local produce. Brendan brings over 30 years experience to the Ilchester Arms kitchen. His modern style cuisine still manages to maintain some of the traditional values of British cooking, whilst including a twist of style and a pinch of contemporary ideas all served up with a huge dollop of inspiration and enthusiasm. Lucy, a trained pastry chef not only conjures up some delicious deserts, all freshly prepared each day, but also runs the hotel and bar.
